Taco Salad
One of my favorite dishes to make & EAT!
1lb Ground Beef (lean)
Taco Seasoning (low sodium)
1 bunch red leaf lettuce
1 roma tomato - chopped
fat-free shredded cheddar cheese
fat-free sour cream
jalopenos (optional)
makes about 4 servings
