Here are the ingredients for these delicious patties:
2 - 5oz cans salmon (I used BumbleBee Pink Salmon)
1/4 cup onion finely chopped
1/4 cup cornmeal (for a healthier option I used Wheat breadcrumbs)
1/4 cup flour
1 egg
3 tablespoons mayonnaise (some of you know I'm not a fan of this condiment so I skipped it)
